Orwell is partnering with the award-winning global design firm Woods Bagot to create four exceptional residences. From the early stages of the design process, Orwell has been deeply involved providing valuable insights into the seamless integration of constructability and design across every phase of the project. Nestled on a north-facing hillside, these homes are ideally positioned in the heart of Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach, offering the ultimate coastal lifestyle with a single level hydrostatic basement allowing for dual car spaces and an abundance of storage. 

Each expansive three-bedroom, 350sqm apartment is thoughtfully crafted to offer exceptional private outdoor spaces, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Highlights include stunning glass pavilions, bespoke walk-in wardrobes, and rooftop pools, setting a new standard for luxury living.

Designed with a deep connection to nature, the residences boast a biophilic exterior featuring a striking full-brick facade and lush landscaping, creating a harmonious environment.
