Orwell is proud to be fitting out a state-of-the-art 30,000 sqm production facility and warehouse offices for Multigate at Yennora. The project includes installation of structural steel framing, insulated sandwich panels, building services, internal finishes, and the design and construction of advanced ISO 7 cleanrooms tailored for medical device and hospital-grade storage, manufacturing, and packaging.

The warehouse facility includes automated racking storage, automated conveyor systems, and clean positive pressurised areas, streamlining Multigate’s supply chain and significantly boosting productivity. Orwell has integrated cutting-edge automated systems with the warehouse structural steel and services design to coordinate and optimise operations, including racking, conveyors, and automated vehicles.

Within the production facility, a key feature of this development is the ISO 7 cleanroom, designed with precision to maintain positive pressure, humidity, and temperature control, ensuring a sterile environment for the handling and packaging of materials. Advanced HEPA mechanical systems filter the air, while insulated sandwich panel walls and ceilings maintain strict environmental control. The cleanrooms Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) continually monitors the key environmental conditions to the highest standard and is accredited by regulatory authority, Therapeutic Good Administration (TGA).

This vast mechanised manufacturing facility will continue to evolve under Orwell's expertise until its completion in 2026.
