Thoughtfully integrated into the historic renovation of the old post office, the interiors reflect a careful attention to detail, with sustainable design initiatives that complement the building’s enduring style.
Orwell worked hand-in-hand with the client to ensure that each apartment was delivered with extraordinary care. A customisable product offering meant we were able to provide a bespoke product for every customer.
Boasting a two-level hydrostatic basement for resident off-street parking, ground floor retail tenancy, and local sandstone cladding mounted above the old post office façade, this project was an example of great planning married with great sustainability initiatives. The client had a very detailed vision of what they desired, and it was our job to make that happen. The result?
